About
Starting in Fall 2023, XDEFI underwent a complete rebrand to CTRL. Having managed and lead the design team on the product side for two years, I transitioned to owning, creating and designing end-to-end a new design system.
Foundations
The design system's creation began with establishing its foundational elements—typography, color, spacing, grids, elevation, and motion—ensuring a scalable, cohesive visual and functional framework to support product consistency and efficiency.
Components
Building on these foundations, the design system expanded into a comprehensive library of components, ensuring consistency and reusability across the product ecosystem.
Implementation
The design system's components are implemented across extensions and mobile, with web support forthcoming to complete cross-platform consistency.
