As Design Lead and sole product designer at this start up, I spearheaded the design of our flagship products and played a key role in scaling the team to include three designers. Balancing management with hands-on contributions, I drove design across all platforms.
Browser Extension
The flagship product and first workstream, I led UX/UI, defining core flows before transitioning execution to a designer I hired.
Mobile App
I led UX/UI for the mobile experience, adapting core product flows and laying key interactions with the contributions of a designer I hired.
Web App
I oversaw the UX/UI for the web platform, ensuring cross-platform consistency while guiding a designer in execution.
